RuneScape is reviewing its Security Measures deployed for protecting the majority of legitimate players against hijacking. Reportedly, more than 60% of RuneScape Players haven't been so convinced of the overrated efficacy of the game Security Barrier and at least 30% of players have been hijacked or scammed once in the game before.  Security Measures wasn't the only character in the show. RuneScape was announced to plan on issuing a batch of corrections and improvements on Account Recovery, Account Security, Customer Support, Anti-cheating, Toxicity in the game and many other issues that concern Players' experiences mostly. Reportedly, There is a new method of laundering money on the dark web: Using V-bucks, the in-game currency of the massively popular game Fortnite: Battle Royale, as a perfectly plausible front.  According to an investigation by The Independent and research by Cybersecurity firm Sixgill, there are large amounts of discounted V-bucks being traded on a daily basis in black markets on the dark web.
