Respawn Is “Disappointed” That Apex Legends Fans Aren’t As Horny As Overwatch’s

Respawn Entertainment CEO Vince Zampella has delivered a stinging rebuke to fans of Apex Legends, saying that he “expected more porn by now.” With both games featuring a strong character-driven roster of heroes, the comparisons between Apex Legends and Overwatch have been raised ever since Respawn’s new game first launched. However, according to Zampella, one major difference is that Overwatch fans are “insatiably horny.” “Our audience has delivered in nearly every way,” Zampella said. “They’re dedicated. They’re intelligent. They’re giving us great feedback. I just wish they would hurry up and draw Lifeline and Mirage doing it, or something. “The Overwatch community is crazy horny. Just so, incredibly horny. All I’m saying is that it would make all of us here at Respawn feel appreciated if we could see some fan art of Pathfinder railing another Pathfinder on a couch.” After a brief, uncomfortable pause, he added: “Just brainstorming here…” It’s no secret that Overwatch has ma...

Apex Legends Season 1 Battle Pass Includes Free Rewards For Everyone

Apex Legends' Wild Frontier Battle Pass arrives on March 19, marking the start of the game's first season. 50% of Apex Legends Players Don’t Have This Trophy

During a recent check of PS4 Trophies for Apex Legends, 50% of Apex Legends players don’t have this one achievement unlocked. It’s a telling sign of why many players report frustration playing with random players.  Playing as a Team One of the most common complaints in Apex Legends is about playing with random teammates. The problem arises when teammates don’t stick together and roam around the map. Although this is a common problem across all multiplayer games, it’s incredibly important in a Battle Royale setting where the longevity of your squads' life is dependent on sticking together. Being able to communicate through pings is one thing, but communicating over a mic is incomparable and many gamers play without a headset. Thus, many frustrating moments occur, from players staying in one place and no awareness of the incoming circle. Or teammates leaving you behind and not pinging their next step. With the concept of Battle Royale, teammates roles have become incredibly im...

Apex Legends Player Discovered An Ingenious New Method To Use Lifeline's Revive Shield

While the Lifeline is already one of the more oft-used Legends in Apex Legends, there may now be yet another reason to pick it above the rest. One of the Lifeline's numerous unique traits is the ability to project a defensive shield whenever reviving a downed teammate. The shield protects both the Lifeline and the downed player throughout the whole revival process, which can be very important considering the chance that dangerous enemies may be lurking nearby. Aside from this main and obvious use for the revive shield, one Apex Legends player has figured out that there is another, and more strategic, way to use this ability.  Playing as the Lifeline, Reddit user ' TerrorByte ' and his teammate landed in a battle zone and swiftly encountered with an enemy Gibraltar, who had already been armed. This Gibraltar knocked down the teammate in a few seconds and moved to do the same to the Lifeline, at which point the player cleverly began to switch between starting and stoppi...

Apex Legends just passed the 50 million players milestone a few ago, according to multiple sources and posts. It only took 28 days to accomplish such a colossal triumphant for Apex Legends and its Developer Respawn Entertainment, while the record demonstrates that this game even prevails over the ones created by its worldwide renowned congener - Fortnite in the same period.  Even though Respawn Entertainment has no intention to reveal any specifics of the one-year roadmap they have established for the game, it doesn't affect the passion and aspiration from the Apex Legends community craving for new content and all sorts of creativities derived from everywhere.  The game gained a tremendous community and now the community is taking the lead to make the game more creative and intriguing. Apex Legends Player Spent $500 To Unlock A Rare Item, Says 'It Wasn't Worth It'

If you’re lucky enough to beat the odds, opening a loot box in Apex Legends might get you a set of “heirloom” items. These are extremely scarce cosmetic items with a less than one percent chance of dropping, though you’re guaranteed to get one after 500 boxes. One player ended up spending $500 to go through 500 boxes in the hopes of getting the illusive items. Now that he has them, he doesn’t feel like it was worth it. Cole is a 24-year-old who claims himself have been gaming all his life. He’s no stranger to microtransactions in many of their forms, including loot boxes. Cole told Kotaku over Reddit private messages that before Apex Legends , he was playing Fortnite . In a post that’s now been removed from the Apex Legends subreddit—though lives on in a cached version on Google—Cole wrote that he played Overwatch and Rocket League as well. “These games didn’t tempt me into ludicrous spending. In my many hours in both games I probably spent less than $30 total,” he w...

The Havoc Energy Rifle In Apex Legends: The Newly-added Weapon Is The Hybrid Of The Advanced Technology And The Fantasy Towards Future

Apex Legends already launched the first major update and it is all about a new weapon. The first announcement of this update was revealed by the game developer Respawn Entertainment on Twitter and the attached video detailed on the firm date of its release: Wednesday, Feb. 20. Although the video attached in the official Tweet is too brief to showcase more specifics of this new weapon. We still managed to see through what the weapon looks like in action. The gun appeared to be sort of an automatic rifle. The video is a quick presentation of what this new gun looks like, how to function it and what the specialty it has. As far as we know, the gun has a charge shot that probably does extra damage. It's not the common ammo this weapon would use. But we aren't able to confirm whether the charge option of this gun is limited to a weapon modifier or not.  All the puzzles and questions have already evaporated as the release of this update and its official trailer launched ...
