Mar. 14th Path Of Exile Patch: What Can We Expect From This Synthesis League First Post-Release Update?

Allegedly, Path of Exile plans on launching the first patch to address some admittedly hot issues after the Synthesis league went live. Some issues were claimed to "negatively affect" players or be rampantly abused by the ones with ulterior motives.

 There is obviously a list of issues waiting to be addressed yet most of them are still swept under the carpet. One can be confirmed is Watcher's Eye, the unique Jewel in the game which can only drop from The Tier 6 maps or higher if the Sharper lives. Based on the developer's story, one of the modifiers that exclusively applies to this Jewel has its parameter excessively enhanced so that this item, Watcher's Eye is "more powerful than intended". 

 The parameter, which is "30" in the "30% increased Maximum total Recovery per second from Energy Shield Leech while affected by Zealotry" modifier as was originally designed, moved up to "180" after the Synthesis league release launched, which is six times than the previous value. 

 It looks like a nerf in the mid-update to an unintendedly overinflated modifier is inevitable. Game developers did apology for their negligence over this matter, however, firmly stuck to the plan for less nerfs in this period.

Another issue that was confirmed to be resolved in the upcoming patch is a last-for-four-day bug that is responsible for Cava's disappearance so that players even aren't able to access Synthesis league mechanic. Path of Exile spokesperson Bex has affirmed that this issue would be patched up in the tomorrow's patch.

Sony Opened Cross-Play Functionality On PlayStation 4 Towards Fortnite - A New Era Of The Consoles' War

Sony has announced that cross-play between PlayStation 4 and other platforms is coming to Fortnite. In a statement posted on the  PlayStation Blog , Sony Interactive Entertainment said it has "identified a path towards supporting cross-platform features for select third-party content."
