OId School RuneScape Feb. 14th Update: Make The Best Of Those Dusty Heads In Your Bank

Do you notice it's such a pity that the piles of boss heads, which you had collected and fought so hard to get, have been left into your bank gathering dust all the time? Not to mention that there are literally very few places and scenarios those Boss Heads able to apply to, and even if they do, it's always a one-shot use such as re-coloring Slayer helms. In Old School RuneScape, we have to admit that Boss Heads is one of the most undervalued loots and always are oversold yet with very limited functionality.

To patch this issue up once for all, Old School RuneScape developers already rolled out a patch that widely expanding the applicable areas of this item. Quoting their announcement, "In response, we have made the changes found below to give some additional options".

There are two scenarios confirmed to allow to make the best of Boss Heads. One is the Assembler effect for the Ranging Cape, the other is The Dark Altar. For anyone who made every endeavor to get a Vorkath's head or more but has no use for it later, it's the right time to turn the tide. Now, you can apply one Vorkath's head to Ranging Cape to get the same ammo collection rates as Ava's assembler. The power from Vorkath's Head can be absorbed by Ranging Cape and the Assembler effect will be enabled only if you use Vorkath's head directly onto the cape instead of using a pre-made Ava's assembler.

The other exciting new feature for those have a big collection of Boss Head drops is RuneScape enable players to sacrifice their trophy head drops on Dark Altar to gain Prayer XP. One head's sacrifice will provide 2500 XP for players in all circumstances except for Vorkath's head, which will be instead rewarded with 1000XP because this head is the most common type and can be done in bulk. Furthermore, this type of sacrifice, unlike others, does not require any Arceus or other favor to be fulfilled.

Along with the improvements of Boss Heads' utilization, some unfinished business, like Chambers of Xeric, have continued to commit more efforts to be coped with and some major changes about this issues were already deployed to the game, too. In this update, here are the three changes of Chambers issued:
  • The Great Olm's fire may now be doused with various vessels of water and the Humidify spell.
  • Clue scrolls received in the Chambers of Xeric now count as an additional loot item.
  • Monster Examine may now be cast on monsters within the Chambers of Xeric.

MapleStory 2 Enchant Changes And 64-Bit Client: The Misgivings About Fixing The In-game Progression Issues Still Exist

MapleStory 2 Project New Leaf got its latest sequel published. This one is about Enchantment changes and 64-bit client. As the third unveiled portion of the reputed "Progression Improvement Update" which tentatively would be launched on the 25th of this month, this major improvement will allegedly save much more cost of enchanting than any updates did before and thusly ease player's progression path.  Progression Improvement Update is considered as the second major update that the developers plan on bringing up into MapleStory 2, right behind the Economy Improvement Update which mostly features resolving MapleStory 2 Mesos ' issues. Enchantment Changes are reportedly concerned with two NPCs who help players enchant their equipment in the game, mostly. Those two NPCs are known as Ophelia and Peachy. In most cases, the post written about Enchant Changes was talking about how to make a difference to the current Peachy's enchants, due to its being priced out of th

The Elder Scrolls: Blades Tops The App Store In Its First Week On iOS

Bethesda’s mobile action-RPG tops the App store with one million downloads following its early access launch. Announced at E3 2018, The Elder Scrolls: Blades went live on iOS and Android last week for players who had signed up for early access, and has already been downloaded by more than one million users in its first seven days, and has already made almost $500,000 in revenue. Sensor Tower reports that the game is at No.1 in the download charts, with 42% (420,000) of downloads coming from the US. US players also accounted for 76% of spending, totalling around $380,000. This data is only for iOS, so total downloads are likely to be a fair bit higher. The game is free-to-play, but contains in-app purchases to hasten player progress, including Silver Chests that hold gold and items, like equipment, supplies, and materials. The Elder Scrolls: Blades received an update this week to iron out a few kinks, with Bethesda promising further balance tweaks, specifically for the Silver Chest.
